These terms govern your use of the beton.ae website. By accessing the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The beton.ae website is operated by Beton FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, at FDRK3969, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

2. Informational purpose

The content of this website is provided for general information about Beton FZ-LLC and its activities under Services Licence No. 47007208 (Project Management Consultancy) and Commercial Licence No. 5031871 (Air Freight & Passengers Charters). It is not an offer, a solicitation, professional advice, or a commitment to provide any specific service.

Any enquiry sent through the website does not, by itself, create a contractual relationship between you and Beton FZ-LLC. A binding engagement arises only when a written proposal has been agreed and signed by both parties.

3. Availability and accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content will always be current or complete. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Any dispute arising in connection with the site or these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rules that may apply.
